Thamar Esperance is a current staff attorney at Greater Hartford Legal Aid, where she provides clients living in poverty with free representation for civil legal issues. Prior to that, she served a one year term as a Legal Research clerk to the judges of the State of Connecticut Superior Court. Ms. Esperance received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pace University in New York City in 2007. She earned her JD with honors at the University Of Connecticut School Of Law where she received a Law and Government Fellowship Award. She also received the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities award for her work interning at the City of Hartford Office of the Corporation Counsel.
