Ron Johnson is a Senior Manager, Human Resources at Yale-New Haven Health System, where he provides counsel and consultative support to management staff and employees on a variety of employee relations issues including the issue resolution procedure, employee conduct and discipline, personnel policies and procedures, and collective bargaining agreement administration and interpretation. Prior to joining Yale-New Haven, Ron worked as an Associate at a national Labor & Employment law firm in White Plains, New York. He earned his B.S. from Springfield College (MA) in 2007 and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2012. In his spare time, Ron enjoys reading, golf, and working with various initiatives aimed to support the growth and development of youth from underserved environments through mentoring and scholarship.
